OMEGA unveils the “Cappuccino” version of its Speedmaster watches

Swiss luxury watchmaker OMEGA has recently unveiled a preview version of its new Speedmaster watches that features three different chronometer movements and the design reflects a lot of elegance and class.

Using soft colours, this Speedmaster watch has been nicknamed as “Cappuccino”. The watch comes in 38mm size casing and is powered with the company’s own Omega 3330 calibre. The certified COSC chronometer self-winding movements come fitted with a silicon spiral and a Co-Axial escapement that drives the calendar, hours and chronograph functions offering a substantial 50 hours of power reserve.

As seen in the above image, the bezels are made of dual materials where the inner ring is polished with hazelnut aluminium and the outer ring is adorned with SednaTM gold paved with diamonds. It seems that OMEGA has effectively managed to strike a perfect balance between using of precious stones complemented with polished steel materials.

The hour markers on the dial are made with the same SednaTM gold marking and the chronometer discs are made with creamy ivory colour giving a soft touch to the overall look. When observed closely, you can see the seconds chronograph counter to be placed at the 9’oclock position, the minute counter to be placed at the 3’oclock position and the hour counter placed at the 6’oclock position. An oval window at the bottom of the hour counter shows date against the white background.
