The Atum series of watches from Moritz Grossman is the company’s flagship time-only wrist watch that comes with a simple design and functions but hosts a very classy and elegant look. The watches from this German manufacturer are made with one of the best craftsmanship and manufacturing standards involved.
Moritz Grossmann recently announced its new Atum Fired Enamel Limited Edition that features a white vitreous enamel dial giving the watch a look of being painted by hand and then fired in an oven.
Elegant Dial
The dial features quite a traditional look along with Roman numerals in black put against a white background. The 12 o’clock marking for the dial comes in dark blue with matching the color of the leather belt. As you can see in the image, the dial consists of two parts: a smaller seconds sub-dial at the 6 o’clock position surrounded by a larger major dial. All the three hands for the hour, minute and seconds are made up of steel and polished by hand.

Machine and Movements
The Atum Fired Enamel Limited Edition is powered by a calibre 100.1 movement inside. The calibre is designed based on the vintage pocket watch movements along with German silver badges and detailed hand-polishing.
The stop movement of second’s hand is patented by Moritz Grossmann. By pulling the crown, the movement for the second’s hand stops and lets you adjust time with perfection and precision. One set perfectly, by pressing the button at the 4 o’clock position, the watch resumes its second’s hand motion back again.
Pricing
The Atum Fired Enamel is a Limited edition watch with just 25 pieces in two colors of rose gold and white gold. The rose gold is priced for €34,200 while the white gold variant for €35,300. You can grab these watches from the authorized dealers.
